  • Hello I booked Oyo room in Oyo townhouse 001 at haryana on dated 16th sep 2108, and I had dinner ordered in 9.30 pm but I havenot received any response from your oyo town house 001 property. Still I am waiting for dinner I am so hungry. Also I have compliant om Oyo customer care.but there told to me for waiting for some time, please look into this and resolve and confirm.

    Don’t even think to visit this hotel
    The staff is very rude
    They don’t even have a name board of the hotel and they don’t know how to talk to a visitor
    And no proper maintenance
    With the way of behaviour of staff
    Definitely any good person also beat them such a worrest staff and hotel
    I never seen such a terrible hotel staff in my life all over the India
    The orginal name of hotel is Ankits saty inn
    If oyo is go on selecting these hotels under yo oyo then it will also loose its customers
    Oyo silicon ville is good hotel and staff which at similar cost and easily identified and very quite Opp to this waste hotel

  • We booked the Oyo Glitz Westend Inn for a function thinking that it’s a 4 star hotel. But were appalled to see the service at a trial function we attended. They had ripped carpets, damp walls, broken lights, mud stained floors and broken chairs at the hall. The food was stale and chicken was undercooked (got food poisoning the next day). They promised to refund the amount but it’s been over 6 months and the staff is avoiding our calls. #Oyo brand name going into dumpster because of the unprofessional staff handling this shady place. The staff is rude and all the managers lie that they are the owners. We have screenshots and recordings of all the conversations done with the people here.

    Please help us resolve this issue.

    I STAYED AT HOTEL SURYA RESIDENCY ON THE BOOKED DATE, I REACHED THE HOTEL AT ABOUT 7 PM ON 1/2/2019. I OFFERED THE PAYMENT BY CARD OR DIGITAL WAY,BUT THE PERSON PRESENT THERE TOLD TO PAY BY CASH AS THE CARD SWIPING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING,I WAS MADE TO PAY RS.1400/- BY CASH ONLY,I INSISTED FOR RECEIPT BUT HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE BILL AND RECEIPT ON LINE.BUT TODAY I RECEIVED MESSAGE THAT MY BOOKING IS BEING CANCELLED. WHICH IS NOT CORRECT AS I HAD ALREADY STAYED IN ROOM NO 201 ON FIRST FLOOR.HERE, I WANT TO ADD THAT THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE, THE APPROACH WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL, TV CHANNELS WERE NOT PROPER, COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS NOT GIVEN, THE KITCHEN WAS FOR NAME SAKE ONLY ON THE TOP FLOOR.THE HOTEL IS NOT UP TO THE MARK OF OYO REPUTATION.     I have booked a room at Oyo 9258 Rd Towers on Mar8, 2019 for today(mar 13, 2019) booking ID:HTL6WWB4TN and now I’m in the hotel, the receptionist is saying that their hotel’s agreement has been cancelled with OYO and my booking is not taken there.Then I called OYO helpline number, the person at the other end said he will arrange for the alternative way for my stay and after a long wait also I’m not getting any reply from their side(More than 1hour my call was on hold).

    So, Clearly I demand the refund of my money back to my account.And also I’m very inconvinced with OYO’s service thinking not to take any OYO hotels hereafter anymore.I’m very dissapointed.

    They didn’t notice me either regarding the cancellation of agreement with the above said hotel or gave me alternate way to stay.Just because of this my total trip got spoiled and I have to rush for my flight tommorow morning at 4 am to checkin and now I have booked a room in the same hotel freshly and not sure whether the prior booking amount will get refunded or not.Waste of money and so much of stress.

  • Dear OYO members.. This was my very worst experience with you people. Worst hotel I have seen in my life. Very untidy, very small, very unhygenic. Too much mosquitoes, water leakage, cockroach, mouse what else. No regulator with fan. Too much irritation and mental harrasement in this hotel. Even I called to oyo staff and complaint abt the situation but no response was given.. very very bad experience.. will never recommend this hotel to any one.. No response from  oyo team.. very bad..

    Kind Attention Mr. Ritesh Agrawal,

    Hope you are doing well.
    This is to bring in your kind notice that I have booked a hotel in Goa with booking ID PLMK8742 on 10 Dec, 2018.

    This booking was cancelled with full refund. However still I have not received my full amount. Initially your representatives were saying that they have refund full amount.

    When I asked them to share the transaction ID they didn’t. Then I said that I can share my bank statement. Then somehow they agreed that full refund was not processed.
    Still they are not doing needful.

    They are even not calling inspite of my regular request to call me.
    When I am calling them they says that they are transferring call to there higher/concerned department and then call gets disconnected.

    This is the worst service ever received. I have already stopped using OYO.
    If this is not going to solve within 2-3 Days I am going to visit your office personally and there you will have to compensate your each and every wrong commitment.

    I will surely visit with all documents, prints and proofs.

  • I had booked 2 rooms on OYO , My Booking ID is KWRY9673 and booking was confirmed and payment was also done, but on reaching hotel i found that there is no room booked by OYO , we are here to celebrate my marriage anniversary but OYO have no emotions for there customers and also we are so tired after travelling and its so hot out there, its 2 hr but no action is taken till yet, it is how you provide services , its was my bad believing OYO , I want instant solution of this,you are wasting my time, money and energy.I will never reccommend OYO to any one.

    s the dates changed to currrent date automatically on confirmation page without our knowlwdge , have sent screen shots too related to the issue on site/ portal – if the problem is with site , why should we loose cash ?? and suffer trying to reach out for refunds for dys without anyone responding –

    Resolution provided – If you create new booking for 30 to 1st may and pay the amount then your amount of this booking will be refunded to you

    so had created a new booking that went void as non refundable – again wasting my money ,( for which the logic is not understood ) and yet to get any reply on call or email about this resolution provided by Meenakshi Misty

  • It is very much regreded to note that the cancellation has been accepted and you are arranging the refund of Rs 95/- only. Please note that the cancellation has been done on receiving whatsapp message as there is no AC room in that hotel Still I have visited the same hotel on 5.5.19 and to my surprise they have 40 A/c rooms, and they have intimated that there is no booking in my name by OYO. It is very clear case of miss communication by you Under these circumstances I expect full refund of Rs. 856/- to keep good relation with you

    I’m one of your register guest in your OYO apps database. I need help and assistance with regards LOGIN to my account. FYI, recently I have change my mobile number to a new number and the old number +60164719**9 is no longer in service. My registered email is still remain the same upon register on OYO apps. I really need to used my account ASAP as I need to make a new booking.urgently.

    There are several shortcomings with the hotel and it’s services
    1. The hotel opened just 1 month ago and is not guest ready. This should have been informed at the time of booking.
    2. The hotel entrance is unmarked and guests take the wrong entry gate where the lift is inoperative.
    3. The right entrance has a sign board of a Thai Massage Parlor and not the OYO sign board!
    4. We were first booked into a room which was of pigeon hole size (6x6ft). On protesting a normal size room was provided.
    5. The Cable TV has very limited program selection. Manager said that Tata Sky was not responding to request for providing more packages
    6. The restaurant is not operational because the vendor has not taken charge.
    7. Electrical and other work takes place at any time of day/night causing disturbance.
    8. There was no water in the the taps last night (27/5/2019) as pump had broken down. Hotel could not even provide a half bucket water.
    9. Fittings in room are already in state of disrepair. When pointed out the reason given is that hotel is new!!
    10. There is no maintenance personnel on duty. Even a screw driver is not available with the front desk. The cloth hanger behind the room door was hanging on one screw.
    11.Personnel are inexperienced and not equipped to handle issues.
    12. WiFi is not available for reasons not clear to the staff. The system does not provide the I P address to log in.
    13.Fire safety is an area where the hotel is seriously deficient. There are no fire safety signs on the floor or direction indicators to help guests find fire exits.
    14. The hotel personnel are raw recruits and have apparently no fire safety training.
    When I inquired about fire safety aspects, the front office said that OYO has not yet entered into lease agreement with the owner of the property.
    15. Another question that arises is if OYO has permissions from the SMC authorities, fire department, building use certificate etc.
    16. Rooms are not categorized into “NON SMOKING” and “SMOKING”. As a result the air in the rooms and corridors are contaminated with cigarette smoke
    17. The hotel staff was found smoking outside the reception area on the staircase landing, kitchen and rest room.
    18. The kitchen had heaps of garbage piled up on the floor and had bad odor from rotting wastes. The kitchen did not have a large covered waste collection bin/drum and waste bags were dumped on the floor.
    19. The toilet commode had undersized toilet seat and lid which slipped when sitting on the seat and falling even when lifted up! If this is so in all rooms more complaints can be expected.
    20. Spoke at length to MS. Darshana (Manager) on the shortcomings of the hotel. The OYO Captain (?) was not available as he was in Goa for training.

    Stay was disappointing. OYO must in future make full disclosure at the time of booking. I certainly deserve to receive an additional discount of 40 percent on the rate charged to me.

    Please revert ASAP.

    Had the worst hotel experience with OYO Rooms. Had an advance booking with advance payment.
    I drove for continuous 13 hour to reach the destination and requested for an early check in but had the worst behavior of the manager. OYO has tie up with such cheap hotels because of that customer has to suffer.
    I’ll recommend never to Book with OYO.

  • We have booked a apartment stay at guhwati on 30th may 2019 after we checked in we found the upkeep of the room as pathetic so we approached customer care who assured us for captain of the room visit.
    Wasting the entire day captain visited us at 6.30 pm of 30th may 2019 the day of checking.
    Assured us for comfortable stay the entire nite we couldn’t sleep bcz of hard mattress and dog bark outside the apartment and made our nightmare on 30th may 2019.
    We further escalated the complaint the captain came and took pictures of used microwave, refrigerator with used bowl full of rice kept for days, unhygienic toilets, kitchen was in mess all pics were taken by captain placed for room supervision.
    We decided to handover the room and we did check out on 31st may evening when we didn’t get any response.
    Looking at pathetic response and cheated feeling we escalated the matter. Now we got a response of rs 400 as refund from OYO team.
    If that’s the response we will wait for day more as this quite surprising for us to have a refund of rs 400 after paying for 3 nites.
    If you have the same solution than I will start posting picture on social media to protect other interest.

  • Hai I am Arun, and booked a room with ID QWNF1203 . Around 7pm I was reached at hotel. Then they informed me that there is no rooms . Then I show the booking status, and after some time they allotted a room and they are not allowing me to enter the room before pay cash at that time. I asked him why I can’t pay online after check in? But they stood their own stand. Last I paid the amount 792/-. They allotted me the room 102. Late night I got the information from your app, it showed the hotel allotted a room with 203.
    Who was cheated. The room 102 has not a good one for sleep. Because of its A/c ‘s horrible sound.
    I want to know two things from you.
    Why they allowed me to pay online.
    Why they showed room number differently.
    Very bad experience

  • Already booked online, oyo sanjog hotel with cash payment of Rs. 3250, air conditioned room. But after reaching the hotel they are denying the agreement with oyo and not providing accommodation. Please arrange to refund the amount.

  • Hi, it’s regarding harresment u have done with us.. we were travelling from manali from 6am we reached Delhi with 2am of next day.. we book hotel we reached but they denied saying backup power not working.. we again book another one nearby airport with online payment but they denied saying no local I’d.. again we book with online payment but again no local I’d.. again we book another one but where we finished our destination no hotel were there… We call cust care but none received calls.. after many attempts we got connected but so rude so I recorded all calls.. n I ask him to cancel all hotels n want my refund back .. afterwards I talk with many executives with senior at almost 6 am .. she promised to call after 10 mins but it’s been 12 hrs no revert.. again I call back but Manish disc the call.. n now NUM is busy.. email done but no revert more than 12 hrs..

    We, the below mentioned persons, had made hotel booking through OYO on 23 March 2019.

    Now, when we have started our journey today, u informed us to change my booking hotel.. when contacted to hotel, hotel staff informed that our bookings are cancelled. They said their contract with Oyo expired on March 31.

    How can you do this at the last moment, when we are arriving? Now where we will find the hotel at the last moment? We are with kids and ladies and this is nothing but defrauding the customers from your side.

    With your fishy dealings, you are harassing us by canceling hotel at the last moment.

    I request you to arrange equally good hotel as early as possible. Else I will be constrained to explore all options including lodging a POLICE complaint, filing a legal case and even filing a case in CONSUMER FORUM.

    We have never experienced suchak a poori service from an organisation like OYO. Your organisation seems to be getting worst.

    i had booking at OYO 9182 Kings Crown Hotel kolkatta and when i reached at that hotel at 12 in night they refused to give me the room and after i spoke to your executive he booked another hotel which was 450 meters away but after whole day work and carrying 20 kg of luggage in the night it was scary. Anyways i have to move as i was extremely tired and during walk 2 drunkard tried to stop me also but i reached hotel safely.
    It was very unfortunate and non committal on hotel part and since i have done the booking from your portal you are equally responsible.
    Please revert the action plan as no one should be traumatized like i had experienced.

    Denied checkin even after making payment of Rs 899 for booking id iojp5971 for hotel bella vista new delhi for 11june 19.
    Later oyo did wrong booking these people should be severely penalised.
