      I had applied for new connection on 6th of January your Videocon Representative visited my place on 7th January and told me that currently there is no extra socket in your Building so I will send email to them and activtate.
      Sorry to say but Videocon D2h Customer care service is the worst in the world , I have called them 10-15 times but they pick up the call then disconnect call
      Please ensure proper resolution

      Now almost 15 days after I still do not have any connection at my place.

I had booked a new dth connection from your esteemed company and made payment to the dealer and when your service staff came for connection they told me that they will not allot me connection because you are using earlier connection but unfortunately the earlier connection was not used by me from couple of months because of defect made by monkeys to that connection I request to them as the previous connection was disconnected and not used by me they harrased me and scold me on the phone one dheeraj shaman your service head in a misbehaved manner

    My name is Rahul Mandhare your Videocon d2h customer from last 1 year (customer ID 177089426). Whenever I called to customer care department on 9115691156 this number I requested them to speak in Marathi. That time they denied to speak in Marathi and they gave me assurance that next time defiantly you are able to speak in Marathi only. But they didn’t fulfill their commitment so many times.
    Last time on dated 6th April 2018 I called them at IST 10:19 am that time also I requested to speak in Marathi but today 7th April 2018 I want to add one channel so that’s reason I called on your customer care number. Phone has been connected to agent whose name Niraj Kumar and he started to speak in Hindi I told them that yesterday I launched a complaint that next time I want to speak in Marathi how still my phone connected to Hindi department so, he told me I already forwarded request from my end so within 15 min if you called on same number your call will to connected to Marathi department.
    I was not satisfied with the same answer every time so, I request him to transfer call to senior then he transfer call to Mr. Naresh Sharma (Supervisor) he told he sent a mail to concern department but there is no any TAT time for complaint resolution may be it will take 24hr , 8 days, or 10 years….. we are not able to give assurance regarding time.
    I already take a decision to discontinue your services from next month also I request to those people who are in my contact they also discontinue your service.
    Still kindly cross check the matter and give me revert.

  • Hello, Your so called product again is not working. You and your company does not feel shame that u all are unable to solve this problem from past 2 years. Bloody check all my previous mail. I believe your company and owner is not concern about customer problem and your owner is more busy to taking loan from ICICI Bank and for that reason I strongly believe that Mr.Srimant also very busy to do all the documentation for loan purpose and that is the reason whenever he see my number , did not pick up the call but when I call up different different number then immediately he picked up. Its shows how busy he is. No body feel shame but now the time has come to give a final knock to the court. I believe that all employees are busy of doing paper work to get loan from ICICI bank and this is reason ICICI Bank & its some employees must be happy because their d2h Must be working fine. After all all are interconnecting. You should start bagging now… Now wait and watch because enough is enough.

    Last Saturday 28th July there was an engineer visit to my home, he cheated me and charged double for LNBF replacement.
    (original price 175, charged to customer is 350 excluding 50 rs for connector and 200 for service charge) Total 600 I paid to him.
    I complained to customer care and Every time I called after due time for resolution to know the status but one by one every time they created 3 different complaint(29 July, 30 July and 31 July) and still after around 1 week there is no resolution provided. Today again I got same disappointing response.
    Every person from customer care says, “I will create a high priority complaint this time” but no update after multiple followup.

    Together with these problems, they deducted 200 balance from my account for no reason.
    Their customer service executives are also dumb to understand the problem and the disconnect the call in between and I am bound to explain the issue again to next customer care person.
    I don’t know how much I will be cheated by Videocon.
    Please provide me some contacts(email id+ phone number) for high level escalation.
    I think I should log a complaint to consumer court.

  • The services are becoming worse day by day. Since last one month frequently messages like Smart Card not inserted properly are coming and the set-top box remains steady. Cannot see anything when we call at customer care we get a reply that all our executives are busy service other customers. Today when I called, repeatedly I was telling that I am complaining about my other set-top box; still he keeps on giving me the details for the other one. Then they said we are resolving from here and the services will be resumed. Four times this process was done but they could not do so and the phone got disconnected each and every time. I have subscribed for one year now with this poor service, when I asked for refund for the remaining days; they do not have policy for refund. Why should I continue with such a poor service when you cannot resolve the problem. Even if we complain within two days, we have to pay them. If they are charging, why can’t we ask for our money back?

  • I am not at all happy with the services. Every time we call at customer care, we get a reply that our executives are busy serving our other clients. Since last one month I am getting a message Smart Card not inserted properly. Now it has become a routine. Today four times, I gave a call at customer care and they say that we are resolving your problem for our end but they could not and the phone got disconnected. Cannot communicate with them further until you give them such nice words. I have subscribed for the whole year, when I asked for refund for the remaining days, they are saying they do not have refund policy. For visit of engineers within two days also they are asking for money and they can’t return our money. Double standard policy is there.

    I have received a call from Videocon D2H customer care number on dated : 16th-Aug-18. the customer care
    lady had informed me that on my account there is some free offer and i can get 2-3 more channels without any
    extra cost, I replied if there is no extra cost and not any change in to my existing services, then why are you even asking
    from me, if its free then do it.
    After few minutes i got message from Videocon D2h informing me that my plan has been changed to Gold Maxi and it will be 340/- INR per month.
    Whereas my existing plan was 310/- per month. And few minutes later they have disabled my HD channels as well for which i have already paid the amount which is
    valid till 18th-Oct-18
    I tried contacting the Customer care on the same day but no luck.
    On 17th-Aug-18. I have struggled with Videocon Pathetic Customer care agents for almost two hours.
    Even their Seniors are not taking any ownership of resolving customer complaints.
    After 2 hours of Struggle with Customer care i have got the complaints registered. for getting the Plan reversed back to earlier which i was using till 15th-Aug-18 with
    310/- per month and getting my HD channels back.
    I have been informed that by 19th-Aug-18, my HD channels will get resumed and they will also take action against that agent who did that mistake.
    Since Yesterday till today evening i have been struggling with customer care team of team of Videocon D2H but they are just continuously disconnecting the lines, putting me on hod for
    almost 30 minutes.
    I have been asking for to connect with any senior but they are just repeatedly disconnecting the calls.

    Pathetic service centre seems agent has taken weed and answering. also, the so-called engineer is like they are the owner of company and morning he told I am coming in 1 hour. after calling many times finally in the evening he called I am. not able to come due to some personal priority work. after that I called customer care again they told no complaint register. I called her to check again so she called sorry I am checking some other stuff. yes, the complaint is registered and another engineer will come to visit tomorrow as current engineer refuse to come. how unprofessional behaviour and answering like they are drunk and not responsible for any answer what they provide

    This is to inform you that i recharged my account on 3rd Feb 2019 and from same day only news channels we are seeing. Rest all the channel showing error from 3rd Feb. i am facing problem from last 3 months, i called customer care and every time they said engineer will visit on site as i am unable to solve this problem.

    It means every month i have to pay 200rs extra for engineer visit.

    My neighbor is also using videocon D2H and he is not getting any problem.

  • i am consumer of videocon D2H (82842781) i was choosen mera wala plan from D2H website in first week of February 2019 but after the payment of monthly cost they still not showing me all channels of my choice, i tried to speak with customer care regarding this issue, but they refuse to help anything.

I have called customer care 3 to 4 times they are replying problem will resolve in 10 minutes but after a 6 hours still problem is not resolved by them and now customer care number is coming busy and busy. I am very disappointed with videocon service. My d2h still not working and no one is responding. Poor service by videocon.

  • I dont understand y do you have customer support when yu don’t support customers. We have issue that from the balance we have in our account has been debited by the videocon service saying that some engineer has came home to solve our issue with videocon but no one visited and didnt solve our problem but your engineer may have informed you that he solved our problem so registered complaint the engineer for refund of our cash we have spoke to customer care now than 15times but not even once we got proper response. Finally after long talks and complaints they refunded our amount. And after some day we have to change our old videocon set of box so the engineers replaced new set of box and got rs 850 for the set of box but now again they have debited 450 rs from our account saying that the amount is for the new set of box. Even though we paid 850 again they have refunded 450 its been a week since we are calling customer care for more than 6 times per day but still amount is not refunded. To watch our daily programs we again recharged for 100rs on the request of customer care support. And there is no proper response from the customer care support. I really don’t know whether your really working for your customers or not. Such a worst customer care service. We will never ever recommend videocon to anyone. Try resolving our issue asap. If this presists we are ready to take any steps despite our busy schedule. Pls don’t cheat your customers

  • Customer service is not taking the call and the queries are not answered. I want to temporarily deactivate my account 162057142 customer ID. But customer service said it is not possible and put the call on hold. When i tried to call back again the call is not being answered by customer service. This is the worst customer service ever seen. I would like to complaint this to consumer court. A simple query is not being answered and what is the purpose of customer care??
    When we don’t recharge for few months and again want the connection back, it is again a long process. There is no flexibility. We regret using this dth connection.

  • Hi j just wanted to check about new trai policy because since yesterday onward star jalsa has stopped by d2h videocon for same concern I attempted to get the clarification, after waiting for customer care executive to come on line(must be busy to resolve other customers queries)after a long waiting she started talking without introducing herself in a very rude tone still I tried to pacify my self that one can be irritated while talking on phone but during conversation I just asked for clarification she very unprofessional way asked me to listen to her then said maam do you know whom you are talking to talk properly but she went mute and did not answer my question.
    So dear sir/madam if you are going to give the best of the best service I don’t think we should continue to patronise with you when we have do many other options. And by the way I have full recorded conversation with your customer care executive which I ll preserve for the right time.

I have been trying to contact Videocon D2H customer care, the phone is ringing but they are not receiving my calls, Please find the attached photo. It’s real harassment issued by d2h customer care.
    It’s my kind request to videocon higher management team please update your customer care system. They are just cheating to every innocent customer. They are not responding to E-mails.

  • Respected sir or madam one of mister Sanjay mishra helpline videocon D2H at the number of 0816472018 we called them for recharging our videocon on the registered Mobil number 9535533682. He was against asking too number near about 12 times and amount recovered around seventy thousand of SUBEDAR A BAIJUMON on account of state bank of India on the day Of 4\4\19 at 7 :00to 9:00. Asking opt number continuesly and asking how much balance is there in the account. And refund the money. So do the needful as soon as possible.

    With regret I would like to inform you that we have started receiving unprofessional services from your organization. I am holding 3 connections which is not working for past many days. I have called up your service engineer Mr Ajitesh (Mobile Number 9775131877) , he has asked Rs 600/- from me to give any service for this reason. He says “I charge Rs 200/- per connection for visit” !!

    Then I called up your customer care and lodge a complaint to send service engineer with complain number 710021610 and got a promise that within 24 hrs service engineer will visit and this will be free of cost however no one visited !!

    I called up again and came to know that the service engineer (Mr Ajitesh) has closed my complaint without visit or any discussions with us !!! then I lodge a new complaint number 710602354. Alas ! no action taken !!

    Finally, I have lodge a complaint against your service engineers complain number 710690249 and receive a call immediately after 1 hour from Mr Ajitesh. Now he is saying this is not a job of a service engineer ! When I asked why did you asked money from me initially then he has no answer ! He is saying this has to happen from back end and nothing can be done as resolution.

    Please suggest should I continue with D2H or look for other option.

Further, every day one technician called me and asked about address latter he is not responding. This is not proper way to solve the issue and showing care to the customer.     Greetings of the day !!!!

    I am reaching out to you regarding above captioned complaint number 713645614 which was filed through phone yesterday i.e. 27 Apr 2019 with an assurance to get it resolved by today i.e. 28 Apr 2019 but nothing has happened until I am writing thus email.

    I called up customer care again today to check the status of my complaint and I came to know that there is no change in the status of my complaint and moreover today’s customer care executive has informed me a new procedure of sending the email with all the details in order get it resolved. (It was not informed to me yesterday, so either the executive who attended me yesterday did not give me correct information or the executive attended me today was wrong).

    So I called up customer care again to verify the same but the customer care executive attended my call had no idea as what I am taking about, so I requested her to transfer my call to her senior, after holding couple of minutes, she told me that Quote – “my senior is saying you need to wait till 36 hours and my complaint will be addressed and issue will be resolved”.
    she disconnected the phone even without asking if I am satisfied by her answer or not.

    I do not want to waste more time by calling your customer care and thus sending this email with my concern and will be thankful if you could please look into the matter and resolve the issue –

    PROBLEM: Due to some technical error I recharged my old customer ID 152907135 instead of my current customer ID 225915145.

  • Nevertheless use videcond2h. This is a corrupt company where higher authority is mingled with small workers. So they don’t listen your problems. For very small work they will charge at least 200 rupees. So i would recommend everyone to not use videocon d2h because they provide worst facility to customer.

      company is thief ,deducting balance from customer card and not giving complete channel also. many time given complaint but no any value of complaint.
      company will not stay more time. i will not suggest to any one for videocon.

    My d2h account customer ID as in 3890235 is not working from months…..where I did the tariffs new subscription rs.700 paid for tht paid service charges rs.250 then paid for the recharge rs.500 but still can see only 2 to 4 channels….and neither is your customer care picking up calls… I want you to solve problem as quick as possible….or else I will post a complaint in Social Media against ur D2h and will do a complaint in Consumer Rights

  • 140328553 is my customer id and I had an engineer visit for relocation. As earlier discussed with a customer executive I had to pay RS 450 ,but he took Rs 625 cash for the same.
    Note : In the meanwhile I had recharged Rs 200 for the same Id.
    Problem : Money is deducted from account and message on screen is showing as insufficient balance.
    1. I talked to 1st customer executive and he said that a complain # 733703725 was filled for the same and will get resolved in 8 hours by 6 PM IST 10th July 2019. Nothing happened and no action was taken in the meanwhile.
    2 .I talked to 2nd customer executive and he said a different story that you will soon receive a call in 10 mins from another team to resolve it but no such thing happened till yet.(I discussed with him at 10 PM on 10th July 2019)
    3. I again called back at 11:30 Pm and discussed the issue but he said that we will try to solve this by 2 more days.
    Guys I have clearly understood that this is not going to solve and even though this matter has been escalated ,I am 100% sure this won’t get solved. So why don’t you simply stop making fools to the customers because it is there hard earned money that is being wasted.

    • Same here, deducted 552 payment from card after given case payment to technician, several time call to customer care but result is zero. company is doing totally fraud.
      customer care give 2 days time on every call and do generate a new call every time. don’t handle a call.
      company is playing with customer. and this company will close soon.

    today I am writing this due to very much disappointed & Dejected, since I have made transaction for Rs:276/- Times total amount was Rs:552/- thru online on 23rd of July 2019. however re charge was not happened till now, nor amount not credited to my account.

    I have been sending continuous mails but for not result!!!! I want to know where the money went??? since 23/07/2019 no favourable reply came from any one from D2h.

    Also I have been continuously in couch with the local toll free number, today also contacted . when ever I am contacting customer support is making new request and asking me to wait for another 2 days. Hence totally disappointed and dejected with the services not because you but have chosen service from you D2h.

    Customer care again raised fresh complaint today Complaint ID is:738061922, have spoken to Ms. Shruthy. I don’t know am I going to get the justice!!!!!.

  • This is prasanna here a D2h customer having customer id 171726751. i had raised a complain no 735672673 on july 18. They repaied it and took 200 rs from me and did not give me any receipt. Based on d2h customer care rules within 15 days of their service if customer raised one more compaint , customer dont have to pay the 200 Rs again, I raised one more complaint again complaint no: 738213366 for the same issue, they are saying now previous technician is not belong to D2h customer care , so i ahve to pay it again, It is really frustrating to see how they are behaving. How come customer care got my ph no and address and made my first service

  • Service is worst….i registered a complaint to cancel a mirror conection with respective box card number..after 12-13 complaints they disconected the setup box that too wrong one…when i ask them they are responding like idiots….this is the worst service i have ever seen…gona throw both setup box and will install other service

    Most of the time you call you are not able to hear what executive is saying.

    Executives are not trained well, most of the time they use excuse of system is down we can’t update this time

    There is no proper next level where customer can approach easily

    You dont provide receipts when any engeenier visit at customer place and things like this happen in my case
    I have paid engeenier visit charges to engeenier and you have deducted the same amount from my d2h balance
    .i am fighting to get back my hard earned money.

    There us no coordination between your staff who deals with customer and your back end team

    And also your executives always do false committment

    If this is so
    I can easily say pathetic services and corrupted
